The Ultimate Packing List for your Summer Vacation

I had a full work week leading up to my flight, which also meant I ended up working the day of departure. I didn’t mean to be that last minute packer, but it just happened as the week completely got away from me.

Luckily I did make an extensive list of items that I wanted to pack for the trip and I was slowly getting it together the month prior. All I had to do now was pack it all into my suit case without forgetting anything.

I remember just shoving everything into my suitcase, running around my home collecting my things, hoping that I wouldn’t forget any essential items. My rule of thumb has always been – as long as you have your phone, boarding pass and passport then anything else you forget could just be purchased in your destination city.

But it does help to be prepared so you’re not stuck wishing you had a warm sweater when it unexpectedly got cool in the evenings or wished you had anti-nausea meds on that boat ride.
