Summer seems to come and go, and before you know it we’ll be talking about the autumn fall leaves and getting our first pumpkin spiced latte. But before we get there, let’s take a moment to capture what summer in Calgary has to offer.

Calgary is known for its vibrant evening night markets, the must try local ice cream shops and beautiful walking/biking paths along the Bow River. I did not hold back on this summer list, so lets get right into it!

17. In the summer, patios spill onto the sidewalks on 17th Avenue, creating a lively al fresco dining experience. A must visit block for fantastic restaurants (and also a great vibe to spend the evenings).
